Synopsis: Julio César, a man nearing forty, lives a marginalized life with his energetic Colombian mother. They share a humble riverside home, meager earnings from working for a local drug dealer, and a passion for vibrant nights of salsa and merengue. Their existence, both symbiotic and oppressive, is shaken by the arrival of Inés, a young Colombian woman who has just become a drug mule.
